Troubleshoot common issues

Resolve sync, disabled product printing, expired PDFs, rejected uploads, plan locks and editor problems.

Updated November 7, 2026Instructions for the current app

Products or collections are missing

Check Dashboard sync progress and allow the initial synchronization to finish. Confirm that the products belong to the intended Shopify collection. Refresh the app after synchronization rather than repeatedly starting prints. Contact Support if the sync remains failed or incomplete.

The collection has no products

A collection without products cannot generate a catalog. Add the intended products in Shopify and wait for the app to synchronize the collection membership.

Product PDFs is disabled

Enable Product PDFs in Settings first, then return to Product PDFs. Do not use storefront setup as a substitute for this Admin setting.

The PDF is pending, failed or expired

Check PDF History for the actual job status. Let an active job finish. For a failed job, review its error and use Print again where available after addressing the source issue. For an expired file, Print again requests the current source and a new render can count. Download available files before expiry.

Preview differs from the final PDF

Editor Preview uses sample products. A final catalog uses your synchronized Shopify products and collection membership. Check real title lengths, descriptions, image proportions, prices and page layout in the final result.

An image upload is rejected

Check that the plan allows uploads, the file is JPEG/JPG, PNG or WebP, and its size is within the displayed 20 MB limit. Very large dimensions, animation, invalid data or a mismatched file type can also cause rejection. Try a valid smaller still image. Wait for the progress tile and read the error before retrying.

If storage is full, remove unused images or choose a plan with more space. Remove an image’s design references before deleting it. Storage does not reset monthly.

A PDF allowance or locked feature blocks the action

Check Billing for the current plan and monthly usage. Wait for the UTC monthly reset or review a suitable plan through Shopify. Locked controls show the required plan; canceling the upgrade prompt does not change the plan. There are no PDF top-up packs or automatic overage charges.

The editor is not responding as expected

Use a current supported browser and reload the app if it is stuck. If a block cannot be moved, check whether its layer is locked. Check the selected page section and block type before changing properties. Save work you want to keep before leaving the editor.
