Overview

Nezify operates Nezify PDF Catalog Printer, a Shopify app for creating product catalogs and one-page product sheets. This policy explains how Nezify handles information when the app is installed and used for a store. Contact us at support@nezify.com about this policy or your information.

The existing Nezify website and other-product policy, including TapTop Scroll, remains available at Privacy Policy.

Information the app accesses

The app requests Shopify product access to synchronize products and collections. This includes product names, descriptions, images, prices, variants, SKUs, vendors, product types, tags, supported metafields and collection membership used in catalogs.

The app also processes store identifiers, store domain, installation and session credentials, settings, plan and subscription metadata, monthly usage and billing status. Shopify provides staff session information such as staff user ID, name, email, locale and account-owner status when staff open the app.

We process the designs, text, custom templates, images and settings you provide, plus generated PDFs, job status and file availability records.

Customer and order information

The app does not request access to Shopify customers, orders or checkouts and does not synchronize those records. Product descriptions, uploaded images or text you supply can still contain personal information. Avoid including personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for a catalog.

How information is used

We use this information to connect the app to your store, synchronize products and collections, customize designs, generate and deliver requested PDFs, manage file availability, enforce plan limits, secure the service, troubleshoot problems and provide support. App data is not sold or used for advertising.

Merchant-uploaded images

Eligible plans allow JPEG, PNG and WebP image uploads. Images are validated and optimized, stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and kept in a server-side copy. You can delete an unused uploaded image. The app prevents deletion while an image is still referenced. Uploaded-image storage is not a permanent preservation service.

Generated PDFs and PDF History

PDFs are created from synchronized product information and your chosen designs. PDF History records jobs and current file availability. Current Admin output normally remains available for 72 hours; check the expiry displayed for each file. Expired output is handled by scheduled cleanup, so download expiry is not an exact physical-erasure time.

A History row can remain after the file expires. Print again requests output using the current source and design state rather than recovering the historical file. Download a copy you need to keep.

Shopify plans and billing

Shopify handles plan selection and billing. The app receives subscription, plan and billing-status information needed to provide features and allowances. We do not receive payment-card details through Shopify App Pricing.

Operational information

Service requests can generate operational and security records, including request times, request details, outcomes and errors. Web-server logs can contain IP addresses. We use these records to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, including investigating failed jobs and abuse.

If you contact support, we also process the message, contact details and attachments you choose to provide. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Storage and service providers

  • Vultr: application hosting in the United States, including the application database and server-stored generated files.
  • Cloudflare: private R2 storage for merchant-uploaded images, alongside their server-side copy.
  • Shopify: installation, authorization, commerce APIs and app billing.
  • Zoho Mail and Crisp: support email routing and the existing website chat service, respectively, when you choose to contact us.

These providers can process information under their own service arrangements. We do not represent that every provider processes all information in one country.

Retention

While installed, the app retains synchronized records, settings, designs, uploaded assets, usage and job information needed for the service. Generated files follow their availability and cleanup rules. Uploaded images have no ordinary age-based expiry while the app is installed; unused images can be deleted.

Web-server logs rotate daily with 14 retained rotations and empty logs skipped. This is not an exact 14-day erasure guarantee. Current application-log and manual database-backup processes do not enforce a fixed automatic deletion period; retained records and copies can remain until operational cleanup or manual removal.

Support messages are held separately under the support services we use. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for those messages. Deleting active application data does not automatically erase retained logs, historical backup copies or external support messages. Contact us about those categories when making a privacy request.

Uninstall and Shopify privacy requests

Uninstall disables app access and removes the store’s active sessions. Shopify subsequently sends a shop data deletion request. The app handles it asynchronously: following its request waiting period, a scheduled process removes active store records and stored files, including uploaded images, server-side copies and generated files. Temporary storage failures are retried. A store made active again by reinstallation is protected from the pending deletion sweep.

Shopify customer data request and redaction notifications are acknowledged. This app does not maintain synchronized customer records to export or erase. Tell us if personal information was included in designs, uploaded files or a support request.

Security

We use access controls and reasonable technical measures to protect application information. Shopify access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details in support messages.

Contact and privacy requests

For questions or requests about access, correction or deletion, email support@nezify.com. You can also use the existing Nezify Support page and select Nezify PDF Catalog Printer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or information handling changes. The updated date above identifies the latest version. Review this page for the current policy and contact us if you have questions about a change.
