Using Nezify services
These terms govern access to Nezify websites and applications. By installing or using an app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with Shopify's platform rules.
Accounts and Shopify access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account and for actions taken through authorized store accounts. App permissions are used only to provide the relevant product functionality.
Subscriptions and billing
Where a paid plan is offered, charges and approvals are handled through Shopify's billing flow. Current plan details shown in the app govern the applicable limits and price.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the applications reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the products and Shopify platform evolve.
