Nezify provides a marketing website and Shopify applications, including PDF Print Orders and TapTop Scroll. This policy explains how information may be handled when you visit the website, install an app, or request support.
Information processed by the apps
App functionality may require store identity, installation credentials, settings, and the Shopify data needed to provide the requested feature. PDF Print Orders may process order and draft-order information to generate documents. TapTop Scroll stores installation and widget settings needed to deliver its storefront control.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, secure, maintain, and support the applications; provide requested output; manage installation and billing state; and meet Shopify privacy requirements.
Website and support
This marketing site does not include advertising trackers. The support form prepares an email in your own email client and does not submit the message to this website. Messages you send by email are used to answer your request.
Retention and deletion
Application data is retained only as needed for product operation, legal obligations, and support. Shopify privacy and uninstall webhooks are used where applicable to process required deletion requests.
