Privacy Policy

Nezify provides Shopify apps including PDF Print Orders and TapTop Scroll. This policy explains the types of information the apps may process to operate their features.

Information processed

Depending on the app and installed permissions, Nezify may process store domain information, Shopify OAuth installation data, app configuration, order or draft order data needed to generate PDFs, document templates, logo uploads, email logs, generated PDF history, and widget settings.

How information is used

Information is used to provide app functionality, generate requested documents, save merchant settings, support app security, respond to support requests, process Shopify webhooks, and comply with Shopify GDPR webhook requirements.

TapTop Scroll storage

TapTop Scroll stores OAuth installation data and settings in an isolated storage file for the scroll-top app. Its storefront widget fetches settings for the installed store and can send a lightweight embed-seen ping for dashboard status checks.

Data sharing

Nezify does not sell merchant data. Data may be processed by hosting, email, logging, or Shopify platform services as needed to operate the apps.
