Create product sheets and ZIP downloads
Enable Product PDFs, find products and create individual one-page sheets or a ZIP of PDFs.
Select a screenshot to view it at full size.
Before you start
Product PDFs create a separate one-page sheet for each selected product. Synchronize your products and enable Product PDFs in Settings first. Review the Product Sheet template and the remaining product PDF allowance. A collection is not required for individual product sheets.
See Plans and limits for current allowances and access.
Step 1 — Enable Product PDFs
- Open Settings in the app.
- Find the Product PDFs section and enable its Product PDFs switch if it is disabled.
- Review the active Product Sheet template. Use Edit Product Sheet when its design needs adjustment.
- Return to Product PDFs in the navigation.
Expected result: the product list is available for selection. If the app says Product PDFs is disabled, return to this setting. Admin product printing does not require theme setup.
Step 2 — Search and select products
- Open Product PDFs.
- Enter a title, handle, vendor or SKU in Search, or choose Status, Vendor and Product type filters.
- Choose Apply filters. Use Reset filters to start over.
- Select the checkboxes for the intended products. Select this page selects the visible page; read any additional matching-selection option before using it.
- Check the selected count. Filter navigation can clear a selection, so verify it again after changing filters.
The example shows one existing test product selected. A disabled print action usually means no product is selected or the page is busy.
Step 3 — Print the selected sheets
- With one product selected, choose Print PDF. With several selected, the action reads Print PDFs.
- Follow the print queue and then PDF History for completion.
- Download the available result. A single-product result is one PDF; a multiple-product output packages the separate sheets together as a ZIP.
- Extract a ZIP on your device to open the individual sheets.
Where the app presents separate output actions, Download as ZIP packages the sheets together. A separate output chooser is not shown in every current workflow. ZIP does not combine the sheets into a collection catalog and does not reduce per-new-PDF usage.
Step 4 — Download the result
- Follow the print queue or open PDF History after the job completes.
- Use the available download action before its displayed expiry.
- Open a single PDF directly. Extract a ZIP to access its separate product sheets.
- Check the product information and page layout before using the files.
The active Product Sheet template controls these sheets; choosing a collection catalog design is a different workflow.
Important notes about PDF usage
Each successfully newly rendered product PDF counts toward the product PDF allowance. Packaging several sheets as a ZIP does not turn them into one product PDF for usage accounting. Previews, History downloads and exact reuse of available unchanged files do not consume a new final render.
For current allowances, see Plans and limits.
Expected result
You have a separate sheet for each intended product, downloaded directly or extracted from a ZIP. The selected count is the number of requested products, not a discount to one PDF of usage.
Troubleshooting product sheets
- Page disabled: return to Settings and check Product PDFs.
- Print button disabled: select products and wait if another action is busy.
- Wrong products: filters can clear a selection; verify the selected count after each filter change.
- ZIP expected: current workflows package multiple sheets; a separate ZIP chooser is not present in every UI path.
