PDF Print Orders

Bulk PDF Jobs and Print Packs

Process selected Shopify orders as a tracked bulk PDF job or combine document types into a fulfillment print pack.

Bulk jobs are useful when the same document workflow needs to run across a selected group of Shopify orders. Print packs are useful when each order needs more than one document type.

Prepare the order selection

Choose orders that belong to the same fulfillment step. Confirm that the same template and document type make sense for the entire selection before starting the job.

Start a bulk PDF job

Select the bulk output option, confirm the order selection and template, and submit the job. The app queues larger work in the background instead of keeping one browser request open.

Follow job status

Use the job status to see whether processing is pending, running, complete, or requires attention. When the job is complete, use the provided download. If a recoverable job fails, the retry workflow lets you process it again.

Create a print pack

Use a print pack when the fulfillment team needs multiple document types for each selected order. Confirm the document set before queuing the work so the combined output remains predictable.

Review the completed file

  • Check that every expected order is included.
  • Confirm page breaks and document order.
  • Verify that the selected template and branding are consistent.
  • Keep individual preview available for unusual orders.

Intentional batches are easier to verify than one oversized batch containing unrelated fulfillment work.
